a digital painting i finished 2 weeks ago. yes i worked with a few photography textures to add detail to some elements in the pic. rock/surface textures. i'm not yet a very good digital painter but i'm learning. the inspiration to this piece... i'm not sure... maybe i was inspired by ryan churchs piece. the one with that battle in the sky. don't know the title.

generally a training piece. so if you can give me hints or tips about the composition... perspective... etc... give it to me! =)
